William has lived in Boulder County since 1987 and has over 28 years of experience working with Colorado soils and septic engineering.
William holds current Onsite Water Treatment Systems (OWTS) certifications in Soils
Classification and Design through Colorado Professionals in Onsite Water (CPOW) and
the National Association of Wastewater Technicians (NAWT).
